Step 1: Apply a thin layer of gold gel to clean, dry skin.

Step 2: Divide into 4 main treatment areas: left cheek, right cheek, forehead and neck.

Step 3: Plug in and power on, select ‘RF’ mode and intensity level, then place onto the first treatment area.

Step 4: Use slow, small circular motions. Continue for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 5: Repeat for all treatment areas. Switch to ‘RF DMA’ mode and choose your intensity level. Move in slow linear motions along the jawline for 3 to 4 minutes on both sides.
